Repositioned the brand through insight-driven creative and strategic media, and improved pricing architecture to strengthen EBITDA.
Founding commercial executive for a $4B integrated resort — 2,500 rooms across four hotel brands, a casino, and world-class amenities built from the ground up. Built the complete brand from inception (culture, design, guest experience, marketing) and a 40+ person commercial team. Negotiated airlift agreements and Bahamian Ministry of Tourism relationships, developed a $30M integrated marketing plan, and managed through construction delays, cashflow crisis, and bankruptcy.
Senior roles driving strategy, marketing, revenue management, and new business across one of the world’s largest destinations — 30K hotel rooms, 4 theme parks, 50M guests, ~$4B in resort revenue. Member of the most senior operating team. Led all commercial drivers to multiple years of record occupancy, attendance, and revenue; designed a global multicultural strategy driving double-digit growth from underpenetrated segments; led post-9/11 demand restoration; and shepherded a $12M new-park concept to full executive approval.
